1) GENERAL CLERK
Responsibilities:
- Perform general clerical (e.g. data entry and filing)
- Assist in administration work
- Attend to general correspondences
- Perform other function that may be assigned by Supervisors from time to time
Requirements:
- Minimum SPM or equivalent
- No working experience required as training will be provided
- Working knowledge in Microsoft Office
- Have good communication skills with good command of Malay & English
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
2) GRAPHIC DESIGNER
Responsibilities:
- To assist in the formulation, development and preparation of designs for marketing materials and collaterals.
- To design promotional / marketing materials - magazine/ newspaper ads, catalog, brochure, banners, contest and so on.
- To coordinate the printing production process to ensure quality and accuracy.
- To work closely with marketing team on execution and delivery of priority design projects from start to finish.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Art/Design or equivalent.
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and other relevant designs programs.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Mature, creative and self-motivated.
- Any experience in branding and/or marketing communications will be an added advantage.
- Creative, sense of urgency in meeting dateline and able to work under pressure.
